According to Delta state governor's personal assistant, Ossai Ovie
Sucess, the accident involving multiple vehicles, including a school
bus occurred on Monday at Oghara, Delta state. Fortunately, there was no
life lost but some of the victims sustained various degrees of injury.
He wrote;

Thanks to the Honorable Commissioner for transport Delta state, Hon.
Vincent Uduaghan for his prompt response.....as he also vowed to take
responsibility for the treatment of all the victims ....information at
my disposal has it that no life was lost....
